Coaching with Alana has given me SO MUCH INSIGHT about fixed mindsets that were negatively affecting my life and my self-perception.

Your coaching session were wonderful! Talking to you made me more mindful of my anxiety and depression, which helped me figure out better ways to deal with the anxiety and depression.

Before, I was over-exercising and not eating enough, but the key was that I was not as "aware" of this as I am now.

My awareness in meditation, my awareness throughout the day, and my awareness when I exercise has greatly increased. With this new mindfulness I am remembering to breathe more and when a difficult situation comes up, I can now stop and take a moment out, assess the situation, and realize that the situation is not an emergency, and I don not have to get so worried about it. 

What I like about our relationship is that you were non-judgmental and encouraging.
